Game Night Chicken Illness - Chick-Fil-A, Milwaukee Wisconsin

3 months ago reported by user-bfcg1533 business

Chick-fil-A, N Vel R. Phillips Ave, Milwaukee, WI, USA

1111 North Vel R. Phillips Avenue, Milwaukee, 53203 Wisconsin, United States

I went to the Bucks game on Friday night and got a chicken sandwich from Chick-Fil-A around 7:30pm. I ate the food at 7:50pm. Prior to eating, I had no stomach pain or symptoms nor been in contact with anyone sick. Pretty quickly after eating I had a stomach ache but didn’t think much of it. About 3 hours later, I developed a fever and my stomach was feeling much worse (a burning and cramping sensation). I went to sleep in hopes I would feel better, but around the 7-8 hour mark, I became very ill. I had awful stomach cramps, headache, chills, fever, and diarrhea. I had leftover Zofran and took that early on so I believe that is why I didn’t experience any vomiting. Nothing like this has happened before, but it was very concerning. I had not had any other food for about 7 hours prior so I strongly believe it came from the Chick-Fil-A. It is now Monday and I am still experiencing discomfort and unable to eat normally. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Vomiting
