Additional information: I had a singular bite from a spicy chicken sandwich around 9 p.m. I know it was from the chick-fil-a too because this has happened before with my friend a couple times and the sandwich tasted weird. The next morning and the following 24 hours I had thrown up 15+ times, had diarrhea 3 times, a headache, nothing could go in my stomach or it would just come right back up, fever, and chills | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
