11/15/2021, their filet nuggets Within 40 minutes of eating them. Feel faint, ran to bathroom and vomited, was very clammy. Happened to be at fire training so creative w did an ekg, and started an iv. Started violently vomiting again and had diarrhea, they decided to transport me to ER. They gave me zofran on the way. At hospital they did blood work. Had more diarrhea. Released my 6 hours later. Said food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Other
