After eating chicken sandwich meal at Chick fil A on Monday night December 18th , I started feeling sick in the middle of the night. I had vomiting, diarrhea, fever and stomach pain. I went to ER where I had IV and the doctor said I had a stomach bug. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
