Fast Food ER Visit - Chick-Fil-A, Nashville Tennessee

I ate there on Tuesday 2/1/22 and within an hour I became extremely ill. I had diarrhea, vomiting and the worst stomach pains i’ve ever experience. I went to the ER, after getting a CT scan, bloodwork, and medication to help, I was diagnosed with food poisoning.
