I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal on 2/09. A few hours later, 2/10, I had to wake up out of my sleep to use the restroom (diarrhea.) It was terrible!!! Right after that, I threw up. My husband gave me crackers and Gatorade. I guess that suppressed it. This morning, 2/11, it came back with a vengeance- I was doing both at the same time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Exact same thing happened to me! I was vomiting sitting on the pot and both happening simultaneously. Really exhausted and have no energy. I think this should be reported. Clearly looks like am outbreak of since kind across CFA!
