I had a doctor's and i had not eaten..the appointment ended up being 2 hours late so I went to Chic Filet on N. Mesa around 8 o'clock. I ordered the grilled chicken meal and as usual the sandwich was warm. I ate went to Walmart and went home. Around 6 in the morning my gut had blown up I honestly could not figure out what had happened because I did not believe I could get food poisoning at Chic Filet. I was very sick over the weekend but I looked it up and Chic Filet had had instances of food poisoning. I am 80 years old have IBS now much worse and I don't think I left the apartment for 4,-5 days. When I did I stopped at Chic Filet and talked to 4 people and one asked what I wanted. I gave them all my information and was told I would be contacted locally. That did not happen but I got a note from Chic Filet attorney in Kentucky. As soon as I could get around I made a doctor's appointment and told my doctor what had happened. I was put back on the meds for IBS and they are not working well. I can not control my bowels. As soon as I understood what had happened at CHIC FILET I CONTACTED THEIR HEADQUARTERS AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE DEALING WITH THE LOCAL OWNERS BUT THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED AND I CANT CONTROL MY GUT OR BOWELS I FEEL DIZZY Have ALMOST CONTINUOUS HEAD ACHES AND FEEL FAINT. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache, Dizziness
