I had a 12 count chicken nugget meal and my nephew had an eight count. My sister and brother in law both had a chicken sandwich. I started feeling sick around 3am this morning. I vomited once and have had stomachs cramps and Diarrhea all day my nephew has vomited several times today. I am assuming it was chicken nuggets that were the problem and not the chicken sandwich breast | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
