Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
Suspected source: I ate chickfila at 4 pm at my 6 pm class I felt extremely tired and stomach felt uneasy. At 9:45 I threw up a bunch. Then again 30 min later. Then again at 1 am. Still feel unwell and had diarrhea at 4am
Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
