May 12, 2015 my son and I ordered the lunch menu item chic fil a sandwich even though it was 7:20 a.m. as we usually do and have to wait a few minutes to have it cooked. He and I ordered the original chic fil a sandwich he had the meal and I just had water with mine. A few hours later he got violently ill vomiting, nausea and severe abdominal pains. I thought he was having an appenditicis attack. He went to emergency room and got morphine and then I got sick with the very same symptoms. I called CF and they had their claims people Sedgewick call us basically stating since we had no stool specimen nothing could be done. With the acute symptoms and no sickness prior to the meal I feel strongly we were poisoned by the sandwiches. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
