Went to chik fil a yesterday and got my daughter a chicken sandwich and fries. It was the only thing she ate all day except oatmeal for breakfast. Few hours later she asked me to feel her head said she felt warm then threw up shortly after. Then ran to the toilet with diarrhea. Shes thrown up 4 times and diarrhea twice since yesterday, feels fine otherwise. Just cant keep any liquids down for long before she throws up again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
