Chick fil A delivers lunch to my work (Time Warner Cable) Every Wednesday around 11am (7/29/2015). I got a Spicy sandwich with 3 pickles on it around 1pm. By 3pm i started to feel nauseated. by 5 i had to leave work (I get off at 6). By 9:30pm I was on the toilet and vomiting for hours. I had to take the next day off 7/30/2015 where I didn't get out of bed until 9:30pm. My back ached and stomache felt full the whole time so I didn't eat anything I was very uncomfortable and couldn't do anything but lay in my bed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
