Side kale salad from here, I had chills, body aches, diarrhea, headache, abdominal pain and fever since I ate the side kale salad. After 3 days of these symptoms, I consulted my primary doctor. My doctor said I possibly had similar symptoms to food poisoning or appendicitis and due to my fevers, he wanted me to go to the hospital.
