Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal approximately 3:30pm yesterday. I didn’t eat dinner since I had a late lunch. Woke up around 3:45am on 11/24/2021 severely dizzy and lightheaded. Kept feeling like I was going to pass out; I was extremely hot and then cold. Panic set in because I have high blood pressure, my husband called 911. While waiting for EMT I vomited twice. Once EMT arrived, they took my vitals and confirmed I was not having heart attack. They asked what I ate for dinner; I told them and they said it might be food poisoning. The last thing I ate was this. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Lightheaded, Dizziness
