I purchased a gallon of half sweet/half un-sweet tea. It was warm when it was handed to me in the drive-thru so I assume it was freshly brewed. I got home and poured a glass to drink. It was very heavily sweetened, even more than their regular sweet tea. I did have a salad as well, but I suspect the te was bad. It was bitter and had an almost rancid flavor. I only drank a few sips but became violently ill within an hour, and stayed that way for 7-8 hours. The service and quality at this store has gone down dramatically in the past year. The lack of consistency is a problem. Some days it’s still a great place to go, others you go in and it’s all new employees who are incredibly rude and untrained. That appears to be based on which manager is on duty. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that food safety/cleanliness is slipping. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
