Ate spicy chicken sandwich around 4 pm. At 7 pm stomach was swollen feeling very sick. At 9 throwing up and diarrhea and feeling feverish. Explosive diarrhea all night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
