Food Safety Report: Chick-fil-A, South Glenstone Avenue, Springfield, MO, United States.

Chick-fil-A, South Glenstone Avenue, Springfield, MO, United States

3700 South Glenstone Avenue, Springfield, 65804 Missouri, United States

I went to chick-fil-a around 7ish and it took me around 15 minutes to get home. I've eaten there before and have never had any problems. I heated it up in the microwave and there were a few pieces of my chicken nuggets that I wasn't sure about. They didn't seem to be cooked enough but I though they'd be alright. Today, I vomited 3-4 times an hour for 6 hours until I went to the doctor and received medicine. I also had terrible diarrhea which was also a pain to deal with. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
