Order a spicy chicken sandwich combo with unsweetened ice tea around 3PM. Started feeling "off" later that night. Then spent fom about 2 am until 8 am in the restroom vomiting and other colorful activities. It is now 5PM the following day and I am still nauseous. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
