I ate a chick fil a sandwich and a large diet lemonade around 2:45 pm. It was barely warm and tasted off. This was the only thing that I ate that day and I had chicken fil a the day before. Around 4:15 I started getting a bit nauseous and stomach cramps. I was feeling cold and By 7:00 I got suddenly hot all over I got up and my anxiety kicked in and I thought I was going to pass out. I started dripping sweat from my face and then violently vomited until there was nothing left in my stomach. I had some diarrhea after but about and hour later I felt okay. I contacted the store but naturally she said it wasn’t them. It’s not a stomach bug. I’ve had those and this was way different. All I ate for the two days was chick fil a. Same location. 🤷🏻♀️ | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps, Sweating
