Yesterday on March 11th, 2024; I went to the drive thru and got a kale crunch side salad and a regular crispy chicken sandwich. I hadn’t eaten anything else that day. After some hours later my stomach started to feel “off” then around 4am I had a fever, chills, severe nausea and then started vomiting non-stop.
Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Less than 4 hours | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Stomach Pain
