I ordered the Chick-fil-A Southwest Salad and ate it around 7:00 PM. About 30–60 minutes after eating, I began feeling nauseous and like I was going to vomit. By approximately 9:27 PM, the nausea had intensified, and I was trying to fight the urge to throw up.

After about an hour of persistent nausea, I had a bowel movement (normal at that time), but my stomach was making loud, unusual noises and felt very unsettled. Shortly after, I vomited 4–5 times.

Throughout the night, I experienced chills and a fever. Around 2:30 AM, diarrhea began and has continued since then. Currently, I am experiencing abdominal cramps, a headache, a low-grade fever, ongoing diarrhea, and significant fatigue. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Fatigue
