Got chic fil a for lunch and that was the only meal I had. What started as diarrhea at 5 o clock turned into having to go to the bathroom every 10/20 minutes. Then around 8 started getting nauseous and would violently throw up 3 or 4 times. This happen for the next 8 hours and i still can’t leave the bathroom. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
