Ate a chicken sandwich from here and got seriously sick about an hr after consuming it. 3 days later after I started throwing up blood and pooping blood, I went to the hospital. I got food poisoning and tore the lining in my abdomen and intestine from uncontrollable bowel movements and throwing up. I was so dehydrated I got 4 IV’s administered. I will never eat at Chick-Fil-A again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
