Both kids that ate the chicken nuggets have severe vomiting and diarrhea. Food was ordered the evening of 12/8/25. Other family members who had different meals have no illness. Kids complain of stomach cramps and chills and as a result have to miss school and instructional time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
