Grilled chicken sandwich meal. Weird that in some cases you're better off eating something fried as opposed to grilled. When I got hit with a horrible diarrhea bug not long afterwards, I tried to think of any way I could have contracted it, and the sandwich was the only thing I can think of. It was almost a lukewarm chicken patty, not hot as if it had just been cooked. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
