Hospitalization After CFA Meal - Chick-Fil-A, Rogers Arkansas

I ate at Chick Fil A at Pkeasant Grove rd in Rogers on Nov 26th, 2016. My daughter woke up puking and diarrhea Nov 27th at 4:30 am. I got neausaus Tue Nov 29th. Tues night I started puking and had diarrhea. Wed Nov 30 I continued having diarrhea all day and was weak and running fever and becoming dehydrated. Other symptoms were swollen stomach with sharp stomach pains. Around 2 am Thurs Dec 1, 2016, I began having uncontrollable bloody diarrhea. Continued all night long. Went to Mercy Hospital and was hospitalized. CT scan showed enlarged liver, and lots of inflammation. Blood tests showed my white blood cell count of 20000 which is super high. I was hospitalized til Dec 3rd. There was another person in hospital due to same food poisoning after eating at same Chick Fil A on same day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness, Stomach Pain
