I ordered Chick-fil-A. A couple hours later I went to the casino and I started getting really cold and my stomach felt super bloated. So I took my sister and her friend to go. I had to pull over to gas station and tried to use the restroom and I couldn't. My head was throbbing and I felt sick like my stomach was going to blow up. Then I had the worst fever. It was so bad I thought I was going to die last night. But I couldn't get up out of bed. So I woke up 7 times last night and drink water and had watery diarrhea. And then 4 more times today. I can't even stand good because I have to bend over or lay down or I get sick and have cramps so bad in my stomach. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Bloating, Cramps
