Ate 20pc chicken nuggets with fry and sweet tea. This was at 2pm everything was OK until around 6pm. My lower back became very sore along with severe diarrhea. At 7:30 I was vomiting uncontrollably. This lasted for about an hour. I then was in agony throughout the night barely being able to drink and had to live on the toilet. After 2 days I started to feel better but not 100% | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Soreness
