Severe Illness from Nuggets - McDonald's, Auburn Maine

11/27/2020 - I had a 10 piece nugget just after 4pm. Around 7pm I was violently ill, which horrific vomiting until 5am. Diarrhea was also horrific. Ran 102 Fever for 12 hours. Nausea, headache, and stomach paid is ongoing 3 days later. Finally able to eat, but system is still fighting this.
