Chicken Sandwich Illness - McDonald's, Minot North Dakota

I had eaten around 6 o’clock. It was there chicken sandwich not the mcchicken. At around 12-1 in the morning I had awful stomach pains and felt like I needed to throw up the whole night. It’s been about 2 days and though it’s better I’m still sick. Have pain and diarrhea. Flu goes away by now usually. And I just feel tired. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
