Dizzy After Chicken Sandwich - McDonald's, Norwalk California

On June 15, 2023 at approximately 2:pm I ate a mc chicken sandwich from here at about 1hour later I began to feel extremely dizzy and started vomiting. I did not eat anything else prior to or after eating the mc chicken. I remained extremely dizzy for about 1-2 hours after vomiting. I remained on the floor as I was too dizzy to lift my head and felt like I might pass out. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Dizziness
