My son ate grilled chicken nuggets, I had the spicy chicken sandwich. Within hours my 13 month old threw up twice (couldn't keep down breastmilk) and he has never thrown up before. An hour after throwing up he had a diaper full of watery diarrhea. He's had diarrhea for the last 3 days.I'm having the same problems without the vomiting.. Every thing is going right through me. Watery, messy diarrhea. So bad that I've woken up with poop in my underwear because I can't control it in my sleep. I have never experienced stomach issues so bad in my life, except one other time...when I ate Chic-Fil-A. I thought I could give it other chance but I was so wrong. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
