I ate at Chilis with my family at 9pm and became severely ill. I woke up with diarrhea and then began vomiting and shooting diarrhea simultaneously it was the worse food poisoning I have experienced in my life. I could not move from my bed unless to go to the bathroom and felt so weak I would crawl back in bed and ended up sleeping through the entire day and woke up the following morning feeling better. The only thing I've had since then is Gatorade to balance electrolytes but I seriously wasnt sure if I was going to make it through all the projectile shooting from both ends. If you've seen the Santa Clarita Diet episode where Sheila pukes everywhere..that's what it felt like- never thought it was possible to do that in real life! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
