April 21st around 7:30 me and my fiancé ate at chillis I had the crispy honey chipotle chicken crispers he had the grass fed sunrise burger, we began feeling nausas 3 hours after we ate. My fiancé was puking all night I tried holding mine in. I woke up this morning puking and we both have severe sharp stomach pains still nausea and have diarihha with a fever. giving it a day to slow down if not going to a doctor. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
