Mango Tilapia Illness Persists - Chili's Grill & Bar, Bernalillo New Mexico

My wife and I got a to go order on May 13, 2016. We both ordered the mango tilapia. We ate and a few hours later we woke up nauseous and with diarrhea. We didn't get much sleep dealing with the stomach pain and eventually we started vomiting. We are into our 5th day and we still can't eat much because we end up with an upset stomach and we are still nauseous. If this doesn't get any better by tomorrow we will have to go to the doctor. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
