Spicy Chicken Causes Illness - China Court, Galway County Galway

Came on about 12-24 hours after eating a spice box containing chicken balls and crispy shredded chicken. I cant stop VIOLENTLY defecating and I feel like I REAAALLY need to vomit. The friend i also got food with is experiencing the same symptoms. Ive been asked to submit this twice, is there an issue with the location at all that I can correct? :) | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache
