My husband picked up food for me at 7:00pm. At 3:00am I woke up with an excruciating headache and stomach ache. Shortly followed vomiting and diarrhea. This lasted until 1:30pm the following day as I continued to vomit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
