Chipotle
Ate at this location on Tuesday 8/18. Wednesday evening, I became violently ill. I vomited for several hours before going to the ER out of desperation. I was there for another 5-6 hours receiving fluids and medication to stop the uncontrollable vomiting. Diarrhea started shortly after vomiting began, complete water. I became very dehydrated. Nurses in the ER said I was one of over a dozen people with the same symptoms that night. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
