E. Coli from Meal - Chipotle, Tampa Florida

As soon as I ate I started getting really bad abdominal pains.. So bad I ended up having to go to the hospital. I found out I had E Coli. Chipotle really needs to get their shit together. :) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
