I ate at chipotle in the early afternoon and by mid afternoon I had a fever. I ate at home before oatmeal and then chipotle was my next meal. I got a headache and i started tracking my fever and I woke up today with it at 100.8F the highest so far. Tylenol has been keeping it down but my bones ache a little here and there and I was shivering at night | Symptoms: Fever, Headache, Body Ache
