Sudden Illness Post Chipotle - Chipotle, Delaware Ohio

I ate chipotle on Saturday January 30th, for dinner. By Tuesday February 2ed, i suddenly fell ill. From one minute to the next, I hit a wall of nausea. Within minutes, I had severe diarrhea, severe vomiting, extreme fatigue, & severe abdominal pain. Unable to walk, my husband carried me into the ER and I was treated for food poisoning. These symptoms continued until Friday February 5th. Totally unacceptable. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
