Got sick within 2 hours of eating Chipotle - diarrhea, vomiting, nausea. Threw up so much I was coughing up blood. An hour later, it was severe to the point of going to ER -- ER nurse said I needed to be seen immediately. Seven hour hospital stay later and a $3200 bill to my insurance (plus $125 copay for me) and I was on my way home recovering for two days. Will never eat Chipotle again. Spoke with Chipotle rep and they explained that it takes up to 48 hours for food poisoning to occur so it probably wasn't them... No apology though! Based on what I had eaten within two days, Chipotle was the likely culprit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cough
