Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

Chipotle

4301 Wisconsin Avenue Northwest, Washington, 20016 District of Columbia, United States

I ate at the Chipotle in Washington DC at 4301 Wisconsin Avenue near American University. Were were visiting as our daughter plays volleyball for Lafayette College and we all went there with the team after the game ended about 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24th, 2015. The next evening, I became violently ill with intense intestinal pain and nausea and ended up fainting and falling on the bathroom floor. The next day my husband and I were barely able to fly home and I imediately called my doctor. They said to go to the emergency room, where I continued vomiting and was given fluids and also tests for a concussion. I did not connect my illness with Chipotle because I've never been sick like that and didn't know the symptoms. They are very unpleasant. When I saw the news about E. Coli symptoms, mine matched perfectly. I'd like Chipotle to pick up my emergency room co-pay of $1958.88 but don't know who to contact. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
