Food Safety Report: Chipotle.

Went in on Tuesday night, 8/18/2015, and ordered a double chicken burrito. Began feeling nauseous the following night. Ended up vomiting shortly after and through the entire night resulting in missing two days work. Was feeling okay by Saturday 8/22/2015 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
