“Hi I suffered from Crohn's disease and if i eat Anything of spoiled food it csn cause you to really get become really sick. I got a Blue Salad with no sauce. Few hours I become very ill . My belly because really sore and bloated and started to have... fever, vomiting and bloody and watery stool because it was a contaminated food that i consumed. It was just myself, I was very suspicious eating it because the worker where touching there face and scratches there heads. It was very alarming. The crew wasn't showing anykind of cleanness and the Manger was just as bad. I saw her pick her underwear out if her butt and pull her mask down to talk and rub her nose and never washed her hands ans continued to help her team to make drive-thru orders. ”
“Just ate a grilled chicken salad from there at 1:50pm and half of a lemonade/tea. At 3:30 by belly was rumbling horribly and now I have bad diarrhea. Something in their food isn’t right, this is not the first time my belly has rumbled after eating a salad from here.... Buyer beware, I think I’ll have to pass from now on. ”
“Fifth Third Bank sponsored a “get together” event for their loyal customers before the University of Cincinnati vs. Temple University basketball game on March 7, 2020 at the Fifth Third Arena on the campus of the University of Cincinnati. Fifth Third Bank had this event catered from an outside vendor,... which included the following food items: chicken fingers, BBQ meatballs in sauce, and soft pretzels with cheese sauce, nachos, popcorn, cookies, and dipping sauces. After eating at this “get together” event, I became sick during the basketball game and I was running back and forth from my seat to the bathroom while throwing up in the bathroom each time. Finally, I decided to leave the Fifth Third Arena because I was so sick and I could no longer watch the game. Also, on the drive home, I had to stop to the side of the road and throw up on the pavement.
I spent $200 per ticket for the Basketball game, which was ruined because of the food poisoning I incurred after eating the food at the catered event sponsored by Fifth Third Bank.
After contacting Fifth Third Bank, my wife was told that someone would be looking into this matter immediately. However, the COVID-19 pandemic impacted the Cincinnati area and all employees of Fifth Third Bank went on lockdown.
I then contacted the Cincinnati Public Health Department about this incident and they then confirmed following an inspection at the site that there were dirty dishes found with the Caterer of the event for Fifth Third Bank.
Since Fifth Third Bank sponsored this “get together” event and hired the Caterer, they should be held accountable for my husband’s food poisoning. Not only was my husband spared after recovering a in a few days, he could have died if he had eaten more than his original plate of food.
Hence, I would like Fifth Third Bank to honor their original promise and afford us $400 for the basketball tickets we purchased for the game which we couldn’t see because of my husband’s food poisoning.
If this matter is not resolved by Fifth Third Bank, I will lodge a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General as well as the Cincinnati Public Health Department so that Fifth Third will be prohibited for hosting any future events involving the provision of food to the general public. As well, I will seek punishment of the Fifth Third staff members who sponsored and setup the event with their assigned Caterer.
After spending the last 4 months trying to resolve this issue with Fifth Third, I am deeply disappointed in the apathy displayed by Fifth Third staff members, including the bank managers at 2 location in the Mason, Ohio area.
Please therefore have someone contact me at the earliest opportunity so this matter can be resolved once and for at all.
“foods Three of us had same symptoms- stomach ache, gas and diarrhea. We all had different entrees, soups and appetizers so we don’t know exactly what food made us sick. We had three appetizers - calamari, fried ravioli and lasagna frittata. I had eggplant parm with pasta fagioli soup. My... husband had chicken scampi with minestrone soup and our son had the tour of Italy with Zuppa Toscano. The symptoms started about two - three hours after eating and lasted through the night and into the next morning- left us all with stomach aches. We did not eat any salad.
“Ate a triology box meal and a few hot wings and 30 mins after had watery Diarrhea and stomach pains. ”
“Me and my mom got the custard 1 scoop with brownie bites a couple months ago. She had diarrhea from it later that day about 6 hrs later. I had no symptoms. Today we went to the same location and I only got the custard. I didn’t really know where... she got symptoms and the custard is really good so I got it. Later today about 6 hrs later, I have diarrhea. Never again getting the custard! ”
“I ate there with family yesterday Aug. 2nd in the morning. Two of us that had sausage biscuits and gravy are both experiencing issues now. I can't keep down water. Just a coincidence? I don't think so. There were 17 of us that ate there... and only those who ate... this are sick. I begin feeling sick several hours later... ”
“I ordered 5 rolls, mixed tempura, sashimi, salad and miso soup.
The presentation looked dangerous but I s took the gamble and lost.
I hour after the meal I started multiple visits to the restroom. I got the 2 step. Multiple visit had less than a 10 min pause.
Please... test the food at this facility. Do not eat here until it's proven safe.
It looks like the owner is able to get new patrons by masking high reviews. Then we read the details and someone else got sick too.
Beware of ordering sushi there ”
