Chipotle
I ate chipotle 11/28 around 5 and by 11:30 that night started having bad chills. Thought I was getting the flu. Next morning, I woke up with severe diarrhea and vomitting. By the following Tuesday I had severe bloody diarrhea and was admitted to the hospital. It is now almost a week later and I am scheduled to have my gallbladder removed tomorrow morning due to inflammation as a result of the infection in my colon and intestine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
