Within an hour of eating at the Chipotle at 117 E 14th St in NYC, I became extremely nauseous and started getting severe stomach cramps. My symptoms intensified until they were almost unbearable. I was unable to focus on anything else besides not vomiting while I was working. Immediately upon returning home, I began violently throwing up (as well as experiencing severe stomach cramps and diarrhea, and spiked a fever of 102). I awoke every hour with vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night and into the next morning, and the fever and nausea (and extreme exhaustion) continued for the next day (and almost the entire weekend). I became dangerously dehydrated and almost went to the ER. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
