Ate chipotle around 12, starting feeling sick around 7, vomiting from 12-3 in the morning, and also experienced chills and a fever the next day. Chipotle was the only food I had all day, so I know that must of been the cause. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
