I was diagnosed with food poisoning I started feeling the effects within 24 hours I couldn’t keep any food down a lot diarrhea and vomiting I haven’t been able to eat in about 10 days I was extremely dehydrated and I had to go to the er | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
