This stuff is really bad if you have GERD or acid reflux. I bought a box of this, and I have gotten nauseated every time without fail. I've eaten 4 so far, and every time it has triggered acid reflux. If I eat this brand on top of other food, even after a few hours, I will get reflux attack. Even on an empty stomach, it got me.
Taking Famotidine is the only thing that helped, but there's still a lot of gas, bloating, and discomfort.
